This page explains which cookies and similar tools www.il-feudo.it uses, in line with the Italian Data Protection Authority’s guidelines of 10 June 2021. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website saves in your browser. Some make the site work (technical), some measure visits (statistics), others show you tailored advertising (profiling). The last two require your consent. Similar tools, such as the browser’s local storage, follow the same rules.

The site uses no profiling cookies, advertising pixels or social buttons that track you.
Technical tools
To remember your banner choice we store a single item in the browser’s local storage. It is necessary for the banner to work and therefore, under Article 122 of the Italian Privacy Code, requires no consent. It contains nothing that identifies you.
Google Analytics 4, only with your consent
We use Google Analytics 4, a service by Google Ireland Limited, to learn in aggregate form how many people visit the site, where they come from and which pages they view. The Analytics script is loaded only if you press "Accept": until you choose, or if you decline, no data is sent to Google and no statistics cookie is set.
We configured it in the least intrusive way: Google Analytics 4 does not log IP addresses, Google Signals and ad-personalisation signals are switched off, cookies last 13 months and data stays in Analytics for 14 months at most. We also measure two actions, with no personal data: a successfully sent form and a click on phone, WhatsApp or email.
Data may also be processed by Google in the United States, under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Google’s privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
How the banner works
On your first visit a box appears with two equally prominent buttons, "Decline" and "Accept". You can keep browsing without choosing: in that case, just as if you had declined, Analytics is not loaded. We do not treat scrolling or other behaviour as consent. Your choice lasts 6 months, then we ask again.
How to change or withdraw your choice
You can reopen the banner at any time from the "Cookie preferences" link at the bottom of every page, or from here: . If you withdraw consent we immediately delete the Analytics cookies from your browser. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings (Privacy section) or install Google’s Analytics opt-out add-on.
Fonts, map and external links
Fonts are hosted on our own server (no calls to Google Fonts) and the map is a static OpenStreetMap image: neither sets cookies. Links to Google Maps, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, TripAdvisor and Booking.com lead to external sites, with their own rules, only if you open them.

If we add or remove tools we will update this page and, where needed, ask for your consent again. The date at the top shows the latest version.
